Trim your wick to 1/4" before each burn (your wick will arrive pre-trimmed for you).

Allow wax pool to reach the edges of the vessel before you blow out the flame, this will prevent the wax tunneling.

Always burn your candle on a heat and fire resistant surface. Burn within sight, and keep away from drafts, flammable materials, children and pets.

NEW WARM WEATHER SHIPPING POLICY:

Due to the nature of our product and warm weather, we will now only be able to ship orders Monday-Wednesday of each week. Any orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped at the beginning of the following week. This will ensure that your candle is not sitting stagnant in warm shipping areas.

At this time, we are unable to accept returns for refunds. If your item
arrives damaged or is defective, please email us within 24-hours of the
receipt of your order with photos to assess eligibility for exchange.
